Did he just make her embarrassed? Best if he didn't make fun to her too much at this point but who was he kidding? Yuri was going to keep doing what he wanted no matter the consequences. He's more or less accepted the consequences one way or another.

"We'll talk properly later," he replied with a nod of his head to her words. She seemed so happy.

"That's about right. He's pretty good at doing what he feels is right and I'm not too worried about him giving me unfair treatment."

He replies with a shrug of his shoulder, "There's quite a few of us. Can't count them all on my fingers but it was a pretty big party."
