It's not the info broker, but at first, Sparks is approached by a penguin with a Santa hat on his head. Pen-Pen seems to have snuck away from both Kaji and Ib, and was searching for party favors. He made a beeline for Sparks as soon as he spotted the cooler, and is looking now expectantly up at the man. Pen-Pen lets out a 'brr' sound and shakes his head to fluff out his feathers. Anything to look cuter, right?
