Maybe she did something wrong for him to advert his gaze from her, but at leas the the man was able to greet her in some way. She was also pretty sure that something about what happened earlier would be part of the reason why he was avoiding her. She was chock full of curious questions and comments for him. Some of which she would save for another date.
Selen's smile did not waver as he asked her about the party, "It's quite fascinating. I suppose I could say more curious and intrigued than enjoyment, however."
She replied placing a hand on her chin, "What about yourself. It seemed like tonight is quite eventful for you."
