[ Her own gaze had followed his to admire the view before the went back indoors, so she's caught a little off-guard when he reaches out to adjust the piece, heat once more touching her cheeks as she allowed him. Tempting though it was to ask him why, she keeps those words to herself—compared to the way they'd been holding hands, it didn't seem unreasonable to grant him a moment to look after her.
