"It is but I work with the heroes so it's easier for me to spot them." She paused for a moment and then looked Aya over. "Plus those who don't live here have a different view on what's happening." She can't say she agrees with that view though.

"Finally there are the moogles." She pointed over to Aya's companion. "They only stick around heroes of light."

"What's happening is a pretty long story." At least to get the full picture but Umiko can try and sum up. "So, the Empire is a nation to the south, they want to take over the world and to do that they need both Esdham and Aqures. Aqures is where the heroes of light have been arriving because the Fire Crystal is here. They want to control the heroes... or kill them so they skirted around Esdham which is also to our south and then attacked here direction." She paused frowning slightly. "I was called in after that. A lot of people were killed, the Queen has been missing for a while now and the city is trying to get back on it's feet."

She smiled a little wider. "I'm Umiko and I was brought in by Cid to lend a hand."
