"In the way they had, like, a giant magical wall around the whole dang continent, but dropped it one day. We were headin' over to check out the place with our big airship when it happened. Turns out they got some kinda fortune teller there called the Sage, who saw us comin'. So now we have a whole new area of the world openin' up, and that opens up a lotta paperwork to be done. Diplomacy, trade, y'know, political mumbo-jumbo."

He waves a hand dismissively. Not his area, but being a top-ranked Inspector, he had been talking with their police force.

"But it's given us a lot of new places to check out, new people to meet, stuff like that. So that's pretty cool. New food. New clothes. Heck, whole new races of people that don't exist anywhere else on the planet."
