In spite of Cloud's recent anxieties Cloud couldn't help but laugh with Reno. There was a good reason why he looked up to Zack, perhaps better than the reason he looked up to Sephiroth. Sephiroth was the great hero on paper but Zack really exemplified the word in his life.

More than that, he was a good friend. Someone who watched out for his juniors and made them feel like they could be like him.
