The group was on a tight schedule, and they were leaving early in the morning to get the most of the day that they could. Still, the mood was light as supplies were gathered and packs were filled. Cloud was busy hitching Comet to the sleigh that Shining Armor had brought along to help Zack, and the Old Man who ran the ranch was kind enough to loan a couple more birds to help carry supplies for the trip.

They would be departing soon, but there was time for the gathered Heroes and Chocobo Enthusiasts to chat amongst themselves while they got ready to go.
