It was bitter news, but that part he at least needed to know. She was still torn on how to go about telling him what the sage had shown to them, especially concerning his death and her future attachment. She wasn't even sure she should tell him. Yuri might, if he felt it was essential. But not telling him about the future seemed misleading as well.
She remained locked in place against the wall, looking down at her feet.
