“That would work if Tifa was still here.” She replied with a soft, pained voice. Her best friend had turned to crystal the month before. Not that Yuffie advertised it. She had taken the loss personally and hadn’t wanted anyone else to know. With a soft click of her tongue she looked up at Barkeep as if trying to figure something out.

I have no idea if you’re married but you at least listen to people complain about this stuff.” Like she was doing now. “I thought I liked MarKus but… I’m thinking I didn’t…” She let out a soft sigh. “I’m more sad that Tifa’s gone than he is and Vin….” She can’t bring herself to say his name.
“I know it won’t work, that’s fine. I just want him to be happy… but honest..” Yuffie exhales again taking a long drink from her glass. “It’d be easier if I didn’t care. I think I dislike caring.” It was easier when it was just her.
