The Barkeep grimaced and flinched backwards, considerably offended. "No idea if I'm married? I got a wife back home on Mars! Married for over 25 years, which is a lot longer than any of you kids have been alive!"
A pause while his words registered in his mind. "Great, now I sound old, but I'm old and experienced in love. Which kinda makes up for it." Most of that life was spent married to the greatest woman in the universe, which was pretty great.
"You're young, Yuffie, carin' for other folks is hard in a world where anyone can up and disappear at moment's notice, but you gotta persevere. Love is a difficult thing to find, and it ain't as easy as fairy tales will tell ya. Not carin' means you don't got a heart, which only leads to trouble of the worst kind." He nodded firmly. "You'll move on."
