This attack wasn't meant to be gentle, and the force of the stream crushed the fragile foundations of the burning buildings. Ales consoles himself with the fact that anyone trapped in there for so long would be long dead by now.
Once that block is safe, he turns to drowning the next one in water. Before moving onto the next, he glances back at the first one he put out, just to be sure it was safe. Ales prides himself in thinking through his plans, and reviewing his own work is part of that. Unfortunately for his pride, the flames has returned, just as intense as they initially were.
He can't believe his eyes. The robot doesn't move while he stares at the scene before him. Is this an illusion? Are they being deceived? How can he tell if all of these are fake? But the fire went out when he poured water on it...
Ales shoots that block with water again, then does not look away. Instead, he steps back and puts out the fires just next to that block. It doesn't make saving the entire city go any faster, but he's certain the fire spread from a neighboring block, that's all.]
