The rocket steed suddenly appearing in his path is enough to throw off Jack's Amateur Parkour Hour. He throws his arms out to try to screech to a stop, and he no longer feels agile and graceful, soaring on the wind...instead he stumbles over his own feet, throws his balance back to keep from tripping entirely, and skids to a halt at the edge of the roof.
The only thing that's visible of his face are his eyes, and that's still one 'busted kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar' look that he is giving to Sparks. "Uh. Marshall. Hi." In between heavy breaths.
One second. He pulls the mask off so he can breathe easier. Guess who? "This looked a lot easier from the ground level."
