He smiled as he spoke, recalling the many times Angeal stepped between their swords, or talked them down from their arguments. Alone, Genesis and Sephiroth did not always see eye-to-eye, but with Angeal, they at least managed to find a common ground overlooked through their bickering. While he was concerned about Angeal's own reluctance to explore what had happened, Genesis was sure that sooner or later he would manage to talk Angeal into relaxing again.
The hard part was trying to get Sephiroth to stop being so stubborn.

"You do not know of it given the time you were plucked from, but I have found out there was a group dedicated in studying the remains of the Planet's very own Calamity. That there is one here and the strange mutations had hit us at a time of weakness, only convinced me that more studying is needed to see all the connections."
