[there are still a fair number of bum notes, and her ears flick every time she picks one she doesn't like. She nods back, smiling.]

Diamonds, pearls, Ishgardian tea,
Said she, only bring back to me
All that which makes we all three.

All out on the Rhotano blue,
They worked him hard, he gave his due
Bright stars glinted in the nets they threw
Compasses drew them to treasures new
Day after day, the bounty grew
The crew, they toasted a companion true.

Yet while the crew above made merry
The stores below groaned loud and heavy
Above the skies turned dark and grey
All hands wend up for their lives that day
Cried he, should this day let us be
I'll be home in time, with fresh leaves for the tea.

[she stops there, frowning]

There are variations, I think- some like it better that he returns, some that he doesn't- and some that his wife seeks him out instead.
