There are many jobs that allow these things. But I am not certain how accurate teleportation is, that it would allow someone to move directly behind you. I think it can be ruled out. That leaves the other two options, then. There are some advanced jobs that allow for flight, but the Psychic is the only one that may do it without making noise.
