Likely an Avatar or one of their agents. Similarly, it's someone with misguided goals and understanding of the purpose we have here, which possibly points to the Cult. Either way, it all goes back to the Calamity and someone knowing how to manipulate us." It all went around in circles, but the likely results pointed at the same group of people in one way or another.

"More for the sake of our future than this case currently, we need to find a way to stop this from happening again. Or to turn their influence back on them. Though I expect we'll not have the answer as soon as we like it."
