Stupid Erika Shenanigans Part 2
Who: Erika and You
What: Maid Outfits. Oh and butler outfits too.
Where: Aqures Ixen, Fairy Drop
When: After Cluedo/Last two weeks of the month
Warnings: Maids
Foolproof plan.
All of it.
The recent invigorated Erika was transforming her shop that she shared with Tsubomi. Her employees were running at full capacity.
And now, it was time.
Clad in a butler outfit, she threw the doors open and hoisted a megaphone which was basically just a rolled up paper. "Come one, come all, the Fairy Drop is having a sale! Now until the end of the month, we are having a sale on Butler and Maid outfits! Each one tailored to your own specifications if need be! Come shop the Fairy Drop!"
Whoop, customers. Who would have thought that there was tons of people who wanted an awesome outfit?

"For the time being, would you like to try one on and I can show you another?"
no subject
"It's not for me," she said matter-of-factly, briefly closing her eyes as she paused again. "It's for someone else. Nevermind, why don't you just try it on instead of making someone else do it then?"
no subject
"All right, just wait one moment."
And Erika ducked into the changing room to pull on the outfit. After a few minutes, she emerged. The outfit was slightly big on the tiny girl, but it was also well made, fitting with no noticeable seamwork.

Approaching, she walked around in a circle, looking at the dress from all angles, before finally announcing, "No, I don't think so. Try this one, next," and shoving one forward, with a big bow on the back of it.

"How's this?"
no subject
"Wait right here," she announced, no other indication of what she was doing, before she disappeared from the store.
During the time that followed, Erika might have wondered if she was even coming back, as Edna seemed to be taking her sweet time. But finally, she came through the doors again, a red-clad woman with long white hair in tow.
Her umbrella was out again, and on her shoulder as she directed her companion to the model, looking rather satisfied. "Well, Lailah. What do you think?" The blue colour of the maid outfit should give a tell-tale hint of who it was for.

...
Crickets.
"Is there a special occasion, Edna?"

Dat pun tho.
"I'm glad you like it," said Erika honestly.

At the fire seraph's question though, she turned away, shielded by her umbrella as she spoke next. "Well, since they stepped into the role so well last month with all that taking care of others they did..." the truth of it was the whole reason she even survived that sickness was probably thanks to Meebo's efforts. It was a very Edna way of saying thanks.
When she looked back over her shoulder again, her expression was once again blank. "But it needs something more. Do you have any of those... lacy headbands?"
no subject
"Here, try them on if you want. Or I can put one on."

"And take away all the attention from the other lady of the house? I don't think so, not today." Though some of them were... kind of cute I guess.
"Lailah, you try that one on," she pointed to a shelf that was rather high up, "And you," her crystal blue eyes locked back onto Erika. "You try that one there that looks like a tiara. I want to see them both."

It fits Erika, all too startlingly well. Like she was born for it honestly.

"I guess anything's possible." Like queen of the frivolous lace. Or princess of the pleats. Dutchess of the megaphone maybe?
"Hey," it was back to business, "don't you have anything that looks like those two together? Hers doesn't have the same tiara shape, but yours could use more flair. And ribbon. I don't want this person thinking I cheaped out."
no subject
Erika picked up the nearby tiara-types and started to adjust them, adding ribbon and frill with gentle work with sewing needle. It was a really creative art in motion.

"I guess her taste isn't that bad," it was as close as she would probably come to a compliment, as well as endorsing Lailah's suggestion.
no subject
"And thanks," said Erika honestly to Edna. "I try. And there we go!" She held up the adjusted crown-like tiaras.

Yeah. This was gonna be good.
"I'll take it."

Coffret waved at the pair.

good place to conclude??
With her items in hand, she finally acknowledged her companion's comment, leaving the store with her words trailing off into the distance. Maybe there were similarities between the two, but she apparently felt the need to point out— "Their eyes don't bulge as much when they're squeezed, though. And so far I've only noted 25 transgressions, 12 areas to improve upon, and..."
Edna continued on her way out of the door, ready to get home and reveal her surprise.
