Who: Sparks Nevada and you!
When: Nov. 17-24
Where: Trano Golsaucia and Aerilon
Summary: the Mars trio do some investigating and spend some quality time together.
Warnings: None!
In Sparks's opinion, getting out of Aqures Ixen for the week seemed like a welcome change of pace. It wasn't exactly a vacation, but to him, that was fine. A little investigative work would be good, and he was interested in getting their collective hands on the Black Mage Moogle, considering what it had just put him through. He was especially happy that Red agreed to come along. He may have been put off for just a minute when Jim agreed to come along too, but he got over it fast.
Trano Golsaucia, 17th-20th
This was a city that was hard to keep on task in, considering everything there was to do. There was now the added Starlight Celebration festivities on top of the usual distractions, and extra tourists to make navigating the crowds just a little bit trickier.
There was still a job to done, though, and plenty of people to talk to. But could one particular moogle be spotted in a place like this?
Aerilon, 22nd-24th
Turns out this city is busy too, thanks to the exceptional sales happening. It's a much different city than Trano Golsaucia though, and the three quickly realize that they need to be on their toes here. They residents might not be robots, but they know bandits when they see them. Chances that the moogle got to this far-away island could be low, and if there's any information to be found, it might not come cheap. It's still worth checking into, though.
[[OOC note - Each of the characters will have their own prompts that will be open to all characters eventually, so feel free to tag around if your character is in these cities!]]

He puts a fist to his open palm, the realization that magic was very much a thing that existed here finally coming to thought.
"Oh yeah! I forgot about that. Oh well."
He scans over his bandages once more, snorting at how ridiculous he must appear.
"Guess you came out of things just fine, huh? You get stuck in the woods, too?"
no subject
"It's.... Yeah. Fine. I mean none of it was really our fault, so. Yeah."
no subject
"We'll find him. That crazy moogle, I mean. He's got a lot to answer for. A lot."
He keeps having to re-tie the bandages around his fists, the wrappings coming undone every time he clenches his fists in anger from the temporary death that Zelda had succumbed to.
"Any idea what moogles taste like?"
no subject
"Are you... planning on eating it? Gross."
no subject
"It's an animal, isn't it?"
no subject
"More like an intelligent race of things that look cute 'n fuzzy. Like, do you wanna eat people? 'N the tarutaru? Seriously, man. Gross."
no subject
Such a warped sense of culinary tastes there, Luffy.

Don't eat 'em. Got it. But, what good is putting him in jail going to do? Won't he just break out? Moogles are clever little guys, aren't they?
no subject
Pssh. Not more clever than me. I'll keep 'im there, you can bet on that.
no subject
Pfft. No you won't.

[Sparks folks his arms, one eyebrow raised. he's locked up much more dangerous criminals than a moogle.]
Uh, I totally will.
[Don't you think for a second that he's above this sort of argument, Luffy.]
no subject
Nope. Totally won't. He's tiny. Got tiny legs. Tiny hands, tiny feet. He'll break out. 'Cause he's tiny.
[Totally makes sense to him, at least until another thought occurs to him.]
What are you, a member of the Marines or something?
no subject
Nuh-uh. I'll just a tinier cell then. [SO THERE.]
Marine? Nah. I've told you I was the marshal back in my home world, right? [Mars or not, he still introcudes himself to everyone as Marshal Nevada.]
no subject
[A points to himself, speaking in the same manner of syllables in which he broke down Sparks' assumed name.]
'Monkey D. Luffy'.
no subject
What? No, 'Marshal' is a title. Sparks is my first name. Your name is actually Monkey?
[Like a guy named Sparks has any room to talk.]
no subject
[No, it isn't cool. It's goofy, if anything.]
no subject
no subject
[The lad sticks his tongue out partway to the Marshall, showing him just how flat he can make it before turning on the "ol' raspberry".]
Monkey is a great name! People are gonna' know me as Monkey D. Luffy, the King of the Pirates! [He grins brightly at the thought, crossing his arms and standing confidently as he preaches on.] It looks good on wanted posters, too!

no subject
[That's a strange tone to take with him. The outlaw can't help but raise an eyebrow at the inflection of the Marshall's word.]
no subject
[Seriously, wasn't Yuffie enough of a headache?]
no subject
I'm-..
[The lad raises a single hand, looking at it as he contemplates the serious matter of remembering his age.]
Huh. I forgot how old I am.
[Whereas his tempter had flared when he'd been mistakenly called the "H-word" some months ago, when the Marshall of Mars makes the vocal assumption of his piracy, Luffy cannot help but take on a more drastic tone. The brim of his hat shadows his eyes, the black pupils looking to Sparks as he crosses his arms across his chest in defiance.]
I said I'm a pirate, so I'm a pirate. Got it? Besides, you're not a Marine, so you've got even less of a chance of taking me even if you tried.
no subject
[This whole conversation had started off somewhat well. Too bad. He didn't really seem intimidated, but he knows he hit a nerve on Luffy.]
So long as ya don't cause any trouble, then I ain't got nothin' to worry about. Right?
no subject
[At least that's how he remembers it.]
I don't start trouble. Not unless trouble finds me and decides to say, "hello." Look, I'm a pirate, and that means living a free life on the sea without having to do what others tell you to do. I don't care about gold or stuff like that, just getting myself a crew and going back home so I can go find the One Piece and become the Pirate King.
[Yup. He just goes on about it as if Sparks should know what any of it means. Everyone knew about the Pirate King, right?]
