Hibiki probably looks a little ridiculous dressed like a dancer with some light armor and carrying a chicken under one arm, but here she is nonetheless. When a seemingly nice young woman speaks up, well, Hibiki decides to speak back. She has nervous energy to spare, greatly due to the fact that she's new and doesn't really...entirely understand what's going on.
