Near as Mary could tell, Palitutu was still alive. Close to death, but still breathing. She knelt down by her side as per Assassin custom. She would continue to hear her last words, and take a dab of blood not as a trophy but as a memory if there was time once she passed. In this moment she could still feel her anger for the little woman seething, but it was pushed back down. Now wasn't the time for it. She wasn't a threat to them any longer...not directly anyway.
