It was actually touching that Victor had kept them. They were nice gloves. Sturdy, leather, sleek and classy-looking while still excellent to use while punching someone in the face. They were a very thoughtful gift.

Reno smiled ruefully. "Yeah... I dunno how many would really bother with a 'da Vinci original' ..." Because what were the chances even more other worlds knew him? "And I doubt anyone wants to remember Atia."

He shook his head. "I was hopin' he'd let me have one of his sketches... of me." Nude. "But it's not a big deal. I'll try to swing by the parlor but he'd probably just send me back here for it."

With a grin and a short laugh, he shook his head again at that imagery. No, he didn't really want to make multiple trips. He wasn't sure how much time they had here, anyway -- if the old portal would still be there, or if they had to find a new one. Where that new one might be, or what they might have to do to open it... Extra trips weren't really in the schedule, unfortunately. As much as Reno might actually enjoy staying -- just a little longer. No more than a day. He hated Atia, but he missed friends like Victor.
