Who: Flynn Scifo, anyone else.
What: Most things seem normal, but Flynn seeks out Lust because he feels like he has to apologize to her.

Warnings: None so far.

[Flynn felt like a total ass for leaving things like they did when he had last encountered Lust. It wasn't her fault she couldn't understand his feelings. It was unrealistic of him to expect her to change and then have her think that he thought any less of her. So he goes out trying to find her.]

[ There's a face he'd seen and been through the ordeal with. Yuri can't say he knows Lust as well as Flynn does but he knows that the woman is a friend of sorts. He never really asked questions since Flynn wasn't a kid. He didn't need anyone to monitor his relationships. Yuri sure as hell wouldn't want people doing the same to him either.

In any case, he walks up towards Flynn with Repede to give the other a greeting and possibly talk about the stuff that happened in the past few days. ]

Yo, you look better than you did a few months ago.

[ He replied giving him a brief grin. Repede shuffles over to Flynn to head butt his hand. ]

Well, my hair isn't nearly as luxurious as yours, but I can work on it.

[Flynn smirked. Yuri had been with him through the worst of times. Let's hope it continues onto the best of times. Perhaps the day would come when they could stand side by side in their world, no longer weighed apart by their trappings.]

The crap has hit the fan, hasn't it?

[He looked around the world, it decaying before their very eyes.]

Man you sure know how to ruin the mood, Flynn.

[ He chuckled at the other's comment. Yuri rather likes his hair so he doesn't really complain about the comment. Rather, he just shrugs a little at Flynn. Shit has hit the fan and the two of them have to work together to solve it for the sake of all their friends that are currently in the Crystal Stasis. Yuri wants to save Crystallis but there has got to be a better way to deal with this. ]

Tell me about it. One second we're fighting the crazy chick with the weapon and then we get transported to some dimensional rift. Then we get rolled around like playthings in the battle and can't do much but watch them fight over letting her live or die. Man, it's such a headache.

If we wanted to go through a labyrinth of memories, we had one of those back on Terca Lumireis, right?

[Flynn tries to chuckle a bit.]

I honestly didn't expect Miss Lust to make the decision that she did, though.

What would you have done in her position, Yuri?

Seriously. I wished people'd use their heads a little more than their emotions. Going around swinging their swords trying to kill someone who clearly has answers if you beat them the right way. If we were going to save the woman in the first place, we should have pulled all the answers from her first.

[ That's his thoughts though since Yuri was the type of person that did things the way he wanted and knew what he was setting himself up for

I wasn't expecting her to either but people make unpredictable choices if you ask me. What would I have done? Probably something completely different from what she decided to do in my own way of course. Is that even work asking?

Maybe not.

I could always count on you to have a perspective I hadn't considered.

[Flynn really did appreciate it. Sure, it caused a lot of arguments because they were both stubborn, but he's come to a point where he could appreciate it.]

Problems seem to take on a whole new light when they're another world's, don't they?

Guess that goes double for me. Can't say we're better off without each other, Flynn.

[ He playfully punches Flynn's shoulder as a response to the comment. It was true though. Yuri had a lot of things to say that Flynn would never think about and Flynn was the same way towards Yuri. They were opposite sides of the coin but he did admit they're pretty good together than separate. That's probably why they stuck together for so long. ]

Yeah seems it. You're talking about millions if not billions and trillions of worlds being sucked into this fight to save humanity. If I could turn it all off, I would have but we can't do that now can we? It's not just our world, but so many others.

Indeed. Our actions going forward will affect so much more than Terca Lumireis.

And after thinking about it, I think we should do all within our power to do what we can to save as many of them as we can.

It may be a futile or even unreasonable, but justify just giving up.

[Flynn holds out his hand as he politely bows.]

... May I please count on you?

That's the one thing you and I can agree on. I'm definitely not going to let worlds die if I can help it.

[ He clenched his fist tightly at the comment as he looked back Flynn. ]

That's not a word in my vocabulary. We're not giving up and we're not going to justify what it means to give up.

[ No seriously Flynn you're a dork. Enough with the formalities. Yuri's maybe a bit well embarrassed...maybe. He's coughing a bit before shoving Flynn. ]

For the Great Commandant to bow to me for assistance, man you're really ridiculous Flynn, but you don't need to ask me.

Here I am no Commandant - I'm just a man.

[he straightens himself up and awkwardly smiles]

I guess I just want you to know that I truly do value your friendship, and I do not intend on taking it for granted.

[Because it may not be much longer before they wouldn't be able to exchange such words.]

You're still a pretty uptight guy regardless.

[ He replied with a big grin on his face. Good he took it without complaints. At least they grew up enough not to start punching each other again like the good ol' days. ]

You're weirdly sentimental right now and it's creepin' me out. Save it for the battlefield Flynn. We're far from finishing this ridiculous fight.

[ He replied dropping the embarrassment as fast as it came. Yuri wasn't going to believe any of that stuff right now. He was going to ensure that he saves the worlds, including his own. ]

Right.

[Flynn should have known that Yuri would react that way. But still, it was Yuri who knew him best out of anybody - he didn't need to put it into words when he could already understand him just from a glance. Even if it was just for Flynn's own benefit to say it, it felt silly now in retrospect.]

I suppose we should form a plan of action, then. What are your thoughts?

[ Yuri was the same so it didn’t require him to go on about the topic at hand. Instead, he just looks off for a moment, letting the silence envelope them for a few moments longer before he decided to talk again when Flynn asked him about what their plan of action. ]

For now, I suppose we can work on getting more information. If we dive into things blindly, we’re only going to make a bigger mess. We’re talking about all kinds of stuff that’s been going on. It seems like we’ll have to tak the liberty of bringing Brave Vesperia to work again.
