Vincent let her speak, listening attentively and observing her while she spoke. He did avert his gaze, so she wasn't quite being so scrutinized. "I understand very well how you feel, if it makes any difference." Sincerity in his voice. No judgement, but that understanding and a hint of camaraderie if she wished to take advantage of it.

"Even if there is nothing you feel you can obviously do for him, then simply being there for him will be enough for him. From what I can tell anyways." A one-shouldered shrug.
A longer pause, then he tilted his head down and hid a bit more in his cowl. "It clearly matters to you, and if you wish to ever speak, I will listen." A bit awkward obviously, but still offered genuinely for her.
