And yet, a happy Sparks

[Seeing that the other Heroes were taking some hits, Sparks manages to free himself from his current fray and joins them. He's taken a few hits, but doesn't seem to mind. He hunkers down on the floor with them, grinning.]

So. This sure is somethin'. I'm thinkin' I should probably arrest someone. Who started this?
