Jaune, the oblivious dope that he is, remains completely unaware as Jack gives him a once-over and smiles back at him. "I know the feeling; Pumpkin Pete runs away at the first sight of danger, too." He shoots a glare to the corner of a nearby building his moogle had been hiding behind, who in turn gives him a grin and a wave. "I don't think he likes me very much."

"Are there a lot of Heroes?" Because Jaune was still fairly out of the loop. He was told his moogle was supposed to fill him in, but he seemed to like to watch him flounder first. He'd mostly been praying he didn't accidently do something dumb, like get lost in town or run into a mugger. So far, his luck had been pretty crappy.
