He followed, of course. The secrecy didn't bother him so much as his mind was still reeling from what his other self revealed. There were a few things he would have to answer for himself the next few weeks.
That Mary had asked him something was a welcomed respite, however. At the sight of the hidden blade, he simply shook his head.
"No. Though any memories I had of home shouldn't be relied upon in the first place." There was a tad more bitterness to his tone than he'd meant to let show; the wounds had just been exposed anew, after all. Though to say that the blade didn't remind him of something would be a lie. "At the Tower, however... I do remember someone having a 'pet' with a similar blade for their hands."
