The first thing he did was cast Gift of Crystallis, granting the entire party Barrier, MBarrier, Regen, Haste and Aura. Once he had Haste speeding up his casting, he would move on to what was becoming a signature move at this point -- combining Stats Lore and Enlightenment to quadruple everyone's attack power. If he wasn't quick enough to get the combo out this turn, the effects would at least kick in by the start of the next one.
