Cloud shrugged past the initial salvo of attacks. There was no time to let them wear on him. The battle was joined and he wasn't about to be left behind. Dashing forward he drew the massive sword from his back, his thumb sliding over the buttons and catches on the hilt that would release the many blades. Not yet. Soon, likely, but not yet.
'You and I, we're not the same,' he thought to himself, and to the sword's owner, 'But we fight for the same reasons.'
There was a plan, an idea he had in mind, but he wasn't going to lead with it because if it went wrong it might leave him defenseless. For now he had to see to the defenses of their opponents. Rushing through the group he made a line for Galahad, leaping into the air and coming down with a two handed Amped Strike at the paladin.
