Tsubomi was thankful that the buffs Jade gave her protected her from the damage dealt to her before they were stolen away by the Larceny strike. That was a killer. She had to adjust her tactics to deal with this and... she regretted not having any sort of defense raisers herself.

No problem, she can help out in other ways. She uses the Dualcast ability that's part of her Ten Skills to cast Zelda's Gift on Chiaki, healing her and giving her an extra barrier, then following that with Hylia's Prayer, granting her extra resistance for her.
