Some time later

Ales waited in the snow until he didn't hear her anymore. Was she gone? Carefully, he poked the top of his head out of the snow to take a look.

It definitely looked like she got bored and walked away, probably to torment the more mature members of society. In one jump, he got himself out and ran back inside. His plan to go for a walk today was ruined, but now that was replaced with something else: revenge.

He spent the rest of the morning in his room, coming up with a blueprint for a snow catapult. It didn't have to be too durable, just enough to hold the weight of a large lump of snow. Oh, how Yuffie will regret ever sneak attacking him like that.

It was just starting to get dark when he finally was finished. The catapult was twice as large as him, but he made sure to use the lightest metal and wood he had on him. It probably wouldn't be too accurate, but as long as it threw two pounds of snow into Yuffie's face, he was happy.

He dragged the whole thing out the front door, then took a moment to ask where Yuffie went. It would be a good idea to take the catapult closer to her before loading it.
