No regrets
Who: Jade and OPEN
What: Any last minute CR before the endgame begins.
Where: Aqures Ixen, Esdham
When: March 1 - 4
Warnings: TBA
[March 1 - 3, Aqures Ixen]
[There are still a few loose ends needing to be wrapped up. During the final days, Jade can be found in a few different locations in Aqures Ixen:
1) Palitutu's Lab, giving last minute instructions to the Moogle staff
2) the hospital, visiting certain crystallized Heroes
3) Apartment B-14
4) Your choice!
No matter where he is, Jade looks pretty relaxed considering the circumstances. Same calm confidence as ever...]
[March 4, Esdham]
[And finally, there was this.
Jade hadn't intended to ever do this. There had been many reasons for that, ones he had been very confident in until now... but here, at what could easily be the end of everything, none of them felt quite so meaningful anymore. He had to wonder whether at some point they had turned into excuses.
One last thing he was running away from, huh...
He found who he was looking for at a park not too far from that person's home. While the military was preparing for battle, civilians were doing what they could to keep their spirits up. A number of volunteers had organized games and activities to distract children and adults alike. In the midst of the chattering crowds (whose laughter was just a little too forceful to be real), Jade caught sight of her, sitting on a bench and gently shooing off a group of kids.
The doppelganger looked much older than Professor Nebilim had been at the time of her death. More tired, too. Once the children weren't looking, her smile faltered and she stared forlornly into the distance.
He hadn't seen her once since their brief encounter almost two years ago. She probably wouldn't remember his face, which at least was of some comfort. Drawing a deep breath, Jade stepped forward.]

Rukia,
Could you return home with me once you're free from your duties? It is not urgent, but I want to see you.
I'll be waiting outside the headquarters.

[In the evening, anyone still in Esdham might find him leaning against a wall, hands in pockets, outside the military headquarters. He seems... melancholic.]
