Rika just helped them fight off the apparent enemies. These weren't like the monsters they've run across, but they were still a threat and so must be dealt with. The first thing she noticed as she slashed at one of the new enemies, was that they were tougher than what her group had faced so far. "Could they be part of the Imperial army?" She hadn't known any other group in this world that would attack the city to the south of them. She had never seen them, of course, but she'd heard about it from her moogle who had thankfully flew off when they headed into the city.
