"You were informed?" Sephiroth tried not to frown, and glanced at Spencer as if expecting for the mog to at least look like he might have been at fault, but he only shrugged and quickly flitted off after Kopula into the kitchen to see where he might help as well. Truly though, Spencer had hardly been away from his side at all ever since he was released from the hospital so when the moogle might have had the time to go spreading news about Sephiroth's well being around the Heroes?
He shook his head a little, what did it really matter anyway? Zelda were here now and really it might have been only a matter of time before she'd have come to check on him regardless. He went about watching Zelda again, but not so closely as to appear rude. His eyes eventually rested on the botany book he'd put to one side, contemplating if he should pick it up again or not. Surely Zelda deserved more than his silence though, but she knew better than most that he wasn't all that good at starting up conversation.
Sephiroth blinked his gaze back to the young girl as she asked about the books. For a moment he looked a little lost with the question where he'd retreated into his thoughts a bit more again but then his awareness managed to catch up.
"Oh. Yes. By all means." He'd finished with those books mostly, anyway, and besides he only ever had to ask Spencer if he'd wanted any of them back from the shelf again.
