Ashelia hesitates, looking at the hand. This all seemed to be moving much too quickly for her tastes. Even so, she didn't really think she had a choice. Knowing so little of this world and its ways, it was suicide to go it alone. She may have been able to single-handedly destroy the Empire (in her own mind) but without home field advantage, as it were, she had no hope of achieving such feats here. Besides, she was definitely a fan of how Kaji had phrased his last sentence. We have the same priorities...for now. That's all.
