Ven didn't pick up on that embarrassment -- if anything, he might have made it worse with his startled reaction. "Nine? And the limit's usually five?" His surprise quickly returned to a grin. "That's amazing, Zelda! You even mastered some of them, too -- that's really impressive!" And inspiring, besides -- she'd said she never even used magic before then, so hopefully that meant Ven would have an easier time adjusting than he thought.

"So do you know anything about the Red Mage job? Or--" He paused, trying to remember the name.

"Dragoon," Mograe piped up helpfully.

"Yeah, that's it -- or the Dragoon class?"
