Ven smiled down at the furry little creature -- completely unfamiliar, but a lot of things were and he had just learned to roll with it by now -- and then fell into step behind Meredy, with Mograe drifting close behind him. As usual, Ven's slight hesitation revolving around the matter -- at being assigned a home by some unknown force -- was outweighed by his curiosity: about the house itself, sure, but especially his housemates.
"Thanks!" he replied. "I lived with my friends before -- back in our world, I mean -- so I know what sharing a home's like."
