The moogle is beyond exasperated with babysitting its Hero, well it's Hero that doesn't behave like a hero at all. Yuri doesn't seem to understand the dangers of falling off. He's actually planting himself very nicely on that railing and he's enjoying the view just like this.

"Yeah, but close enough," he replied shrugging, "Don't you start nagging too."

Reckless was in Yuri's nature after all.
