Terra was silent as he glanced away. Her expression fell slightly and she found herself staring at the space between them. Her voice sounded stronger than before and each syllable added to that strength. "I see the good in you. You don't have to do this alone. With someone nearby and helping you, you can feel stronger. You can control yourself.." She paused. "...because that's what you taught me."

She was stronger because of him, because they talked, because he was there for her. It didn't take much. Just someone showing that they cared. She took a small step towards Sephiroth carefully watching him as she moved closer. She wanted him to know that she was there for him, no matter the distance between them.

"I know what you can be. You know so much about me. There is nothing that you have to hide." She could understand him. She could understand the evil that raged inside threatening to be let lose on those you cared about. She could understand exactly how he felt wanting to change a future when you could only watch in dismay as it played out before your eyes.

That's why she wanted to be the one to tell him; he didn't have to be alone.
