Zelda followed those through the painting and was surprised to see Ib. They had to keep following her. She stared on in wonder at the strange writing on the wall as if Ib's actions were seen by the paintings and hence the change. When Rikku falls forward she runs to her side. "Rikku."

She looked at her friends rose and then her own. Zelda's rose was white.

"We should keep going." After she made sure Rikku was okay she stepped forward to follow Ib down the hall. There had to be a reason that she was running.
