Asbel shook his head. He'd thought about it, but had decided not to involve anyone unless he truly believed there was a problem. The law enforcement team members were busy people, after all, and he had plenty of first-hand experience from home getting dragged out to deal with relatively trivial matters - and occasionally matters that didn't exist.

"Actually, that's why I'm here," he admitted. (Well, besides keeping the city clean, but that was a given.)

"I heard people talking about some guy who's been hanging around this area and sixth district. Honestly I didn't think too much about it at first, but they also said he was avoiding questions. It seemed a little odd, so I decided I'd check around and see if I bumped into him. But, so far, I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary?"
