"Kinda. I need to get back to Aqures Ixen to help prepare...uh..." He glanced at Mako for guidance but the moogle just shrugged. "I'm one of the Heroes who's been here for a while. Nearly a year now actually. Name's Cloud." He held out a hand in offering.

"I'm sorry to tell you this since you just got here but..." He looked around and then leaned in. He didn't want to panic anyone but a fellow Hero had a right to know. "Aqures Ixen is expecting an invasion soon. Right now we're trying to figure out what we can do to defend it. You...don't have to help if you don't want to. It's not fair that you've been dragged into things like this."

Mako gave a dismissive shrug at Cloud's words. Clearly the moogle didn't agree with what Cloud was saying.
