Sorry for asking something like that so suddenly. It just reminded me of something I heard about before I came here. Some of my friends ended up traveling to a world where magic was a limited resource, and it had almost run out. The king of that world was trying to restore it by sucking people and buildings and all sorts of things up through a portal he opened to the world I live in, and converting them into crystals composed of pure magical energy. He could have ended up destroying both worlds if he hadn't been stopped in time.
