Zelda didn’t seem to mind Lydia’s grumpiness; however, the goddess can’t help but worry. As her loftwing landed she sized up Lydia, her mind untumbling a thought or two on the matter. Lydia hadn’t been here through the war and now she was acting like a child. The only problem was that Lydia was a child. She shouldn’t even be in Crystallis.
She tucked her hair behind her ear knowing the wind would undo the gesture the moment she took flight. Zelda reached out a hand to Lydia, her expression more serious than it had been before.
“Let’s go for a fly.” She hoped it would clear the girls head but if nothing else it would give them a chance to talk. Zelda didn’t know what Lydia might have seen in the past or what thoughts might be going through her head. There were too many unknowns and she found the best way was just to ask. There was no point in staying unhappy.
