Yeah...they mostly said it was for the security of the reactors and the cities and towns near them. There was also the war with Wutai but looking back I'm not sure if we were on the right side of that fight. It all started when I was pretty young when it all started anyway.

[In spite of Wutai being relatively close to Nibelheim it still felt so far away. It was past the mountains after all.]
