Dual Full Moon At The Observatory! [Open Log]
What: The night of the Dual Full Moon, people can come to the Observatory and see their home worlds through the broken telescope.
When: January 30 to the morning of 31.
[OOC: This is an open log for anyone to tag anyone.]
As Jack promised, the Observatory is set up for a lot of people to be there. He's shoved tables to the sides to make more open space in the room with the telescope, because he expects that after his letter, many of the heroes will come to see the phenomenon.
Jack, himself, is equipped with sleeping bags and hot chocolate, it might get cold in the Observatory overnight, as he waits for the moons to rise. Only when the rest of the sky seems clear, and the light coming off them both is strong, does Jack dare to peek through the telescope. Zelda's words are still with him. Could the crystalization be harming their own worlds? It's impossible, isn't it?

"I won't."
After seeing that future there was no way she'd let it come to pass.
"I'm sorry for my actions then Midna... but thank you." She turned towards the other princess with a weak smile. "You truly are an amazing friend."

No, she had nothing that deserved anyone's praise.
"It's not about being sorry, it's..." she turned away, cupping one elbow with the opposite hand. Anything she would say was going to just sound so stupid, she just knew it. "If you truly don't want that future to become the one we're heading towards... You need to understand that there will never be a time when you have no one to turn to. I..." no, she couldn't go that far, "we... will always hear you out."
She turned back again, her eye focused on the girl. "Understand?"

Zelda smiled soft and while Midna might not appreciate it Zelda stepped forward and wrapped her arms around her friend. It was a quick tight hug before she stepped back. She didn't want to press on Midna's comfort for too long. She truly was grateful and she didn't really have the right words to voice that.
"Thank you Midna, for everything."
She was determined to keep smiling.
"I won't let that future happen."

"Not just you," Midna wanted to make it clear, "we won't let that future happen. I thought you said you understood?" it was a mixture of that haughty tone and, if it could be called gentle at all, a gentle reminder.
"You do not need to face these things alone." That... was what had landed them in trouble to begin with, wasn't it?
no subject
“Yeah. I’m really lucky that I’m not alone.”
She meant Link and Midna both.

She turned again, looking over her shoulder, "If you do that... there's likely to be people down here on this planet that would miss you." Of course, there was no way she meant herself... no way.
And with a wave of her hand, she floated off.
