[5] Long Awaited Party
Who: Flynn Scifo, Yuri Lowell, whoever else.
What: Flynn's been planning a welcome-back party for the past... three months. Let's pretend he's better at planning than I am. Assume Flynn sent out a Mognet letter to most of Yuri's contacts to invite them. Or your character can just crash the party. We want bar fights.
Where: Some random tavern in Aqures Ixen.
When: March 07
Summary: Remember that bar fight in The First Strike? It'll be like that, only funner.
Warnings: I am doped up on allergy medications so my spelling may or may not be more atrocious than usual.
[It had been a long time since he even thought of preparing this, but everything seemed to be all set. He got a semi-private room from a local tavern, and luckily Acrisius and Proteus the moogles were more than responsible enough to get all the invitations sent out. The help he got from various people, including Rukia, Raven, and Yuffie was also appreciated. Finishing hanging up the big sign, Flynn looked at the pristine room. It would be all undone soon, but for now he could bask in its glory. Let's get this party started.]

Getting along with others, even if they're quite disagreeable, is a skill that anybody thrust into a leadership position has to master. If you engage in behaviors that alienate or cut others off, the results could be disastrous when you're forced to try to band everyone together.

My captain was a very agreeable and kind man. Firm, but compassionate. I picture him whenever I think of the ideal leader.
