[It wasn't that Anise was worried about Jade, really she wasn't, but when she hadn't heard from him at all last night she figured something had to be up.]

[She arrives at the crime scene about the same time as Edgeworth, and her reaction is much less...contained.]

Um...please, stay calm, Anise! We don't know what's happened yet. [Although he's finding that difficult himself because he's reluctant to believe that his roommate has been turned to crystal. However, despite that, Edgeworth also feels that something is very wrong and he needs to investigate. And panicking won't help matters.]
