Summary: Catch-all log for the Cluedo Event. If you would like to pursue investigations and play out the fall-out of the Cluedo events, this is the post for you. Please refer to the second OOC Post for the setting and what there is to be played. Another Log will be posted at a later date to play the murders.

The name attached to the letter had given Tear pause, for a split second contemplating if it would be appropriate to go out and meet this person at all. It was only a fleeting thought, however, quickly replaced by the severity of the situation and how they all needed to band together in order to come up with a solution. If this was the part she had to play, then so be it. This seemed all the more important in light of the Premonition she had had earlier in the month.

Her knuckles tapped softly against the doorframe, the soldier standing ready at attention when Jack looked over. Her expression was solemn, and gaze perhaps a bit more guarded than it should have been, but such was Tear's nature when she chose to speak.

"If you are still seeking the help of Illusionists, I would like to offer my help." A pause. "I also happen to currently have Time Mage equipped, so if you should find any need for it can provide that help as well. I've mastered both by now."

Ah. Jade's friend, the one who had appeared in that false vision of the future. Jack doesn't hold any of it against her, but he understands if there's a tension to be overcome.

"Captain Jack Harkness," formally introduces himself this time. "And that's perfect, actually. I wanted to see what the Illusionist Job is capable of, see how much it's really able to influence our actions. With your permission, if you would test out some of the Job's abilities on me and let us scan your crystal afterwards to see if it left any kind of magical trace."

He seems perfectly willing to do this, no matter who walks through the door. Even if it was someone who was fighting him the last time they "saw" each other.

"If I weren't willing to test it out, I wouldn't be here." The girl's lips curve into what could almost be a smile, somewhat relieved that Jack had adopted a more amicable attitude with their meeting. Of course, there was too much at stake to allow that particular incident to deter any progress that could be made.

Breathing in, Tear continues forward until she's right before Jack, nodding once and reaching up to push back a loose strand of hair. "Tell me what you want me to do, and how exactly you want it executed. If I don't do it right the first time, then correct me and I'll do it as many times as it takes."
