Summary: Catch-all log for the Cluedo Event. If you would like to pursue investigations and play out the fall-out of the Cluedo events, this is the post for you. Please refer to the second OOC Post for the setting and what there is to be played. Another Log will be posted at a later date to play the murders.

"Not too far from there. All the murders have taken place in the residential district so far."

Sparks hated this idea of mind control. If that was the case, then all if their leads could mean nothing.

"Reckon if this is some kinda mind control some how, it's gotta be magic. Meanin' we need to know what Jobs have a skill like that. That's pretty much the only way to narrow down suspects at that point."

"Not far..." Duster repeated those words to himself. A mental map formed in his mind. Sparrow to Creek.

"Where did I go after Creek Road?" His pupils dilated when he discovered that gap in his memory. "I remember walking back home on the main residential street, but nothing before that. So that means...."

He killed Santa and Jack. Two of his friends that he respected so much. And now Santa and Akane don't trust him anymore.

"Sparks, please tell me exactly what you found. If I did really do it, that might explain why I'm forgetting how I got home."

Sparks pawed through his papers for a moment to get things in order.

"Jack and Santa were both found near each other. Jack's been working from the rooftops lately, and we think someone pushed him. Meanin', someone had to have snuck up on him somehow, to catch him off guard like that. Santa was down below, allegedly talkin' with Kidd. From all appearances, this happened within moments of one another. Santa's neck was broken, also like someone jumped him. So someone damn strong had to have done it. I'm suspectin' two people working together."

He shuffles the papers back into their folder.

"The scene was pretty clean, other than the footprints on the rooftop. Problem with all of this is that the bodies of Heroes disappear in a few minutes, takin' most of the evidence with 'em."

A thought occurs to Sparks. "What Jobs you got equipped, Duster?"

"Bard and...Monk." Duster looked down at the desk. He could have done something like that. Find his way up the roof, using the crates and bins strewn about the sides of buildings as leveraging. When he seed Jack looking over the edge of the room, moonlight illimimating him from the front, Duster could sneak right up behind him and with just one kick...

He draws in a sharp breath. Just a simple "Hey" would do it, and he'd turn around. He'd fall over in a second, body moving towards the street, Duster peeking over to see him break.

"...And then I could just jump down and kill him in one hit," he vocalizes the rest of the train of his thoughts. "If they were standing near were he fell."

This is looking grim. Sparks grumbles quietly to himself as he taps his fingers on the table, thinking.

"We don't have a lot of direct evidence to hold ya here. Ya'd be well within yer rights to fight us on it. But at the same time, I know ya don't wanna do it again. We can set ya up with a safe place to stay, reckon. Won't be, y'know, the Space Hilton, but it'll work."

"No, I'm not fighting. I came here because I want to make sure this won't happen again." Duster's response is almost immediate, as it was on his mind the entire walk to the station. No matter who was guilty, he had to be partially responsible for what happened night night.

"...And if anyone asks, tell them that I let myself get arrested. They don't need to help me get released."

The only person that would do something like that is Santa. It's a way to make sure he doesn't do anything reckless and put himself in danger because of Duster again.
